If you are unsatisfied with the received outfits or accessories, these can be exchanged with any other products of your choice within 10 days of delivery of the product.
However, due to hygiene reasons and COVID-19 scenario, no exchange is valid on fabric masks.
Exchange for face masks would be done for cases where a damaged product with any defects or tears is received, and video proof of the said defect also appears in a video while first opening the sealed Dhaagey package.
Most of the designer pieces are handcrafted on-demand, and hence return would not be possible in such cases.

Washing Instructions
Our masks are washable and reusable with a mild soap or shampoo. You could go for a machine wash as well but hand wash would be preferable.
